Frances has also represented various local authorities in the UK in the specialist legal area of child protection work; she has worked with Birmingham City Council, Leicestershire County Council, Derbyshire County Council, Nottinghamshire County Council, Bedfordshire City Council, Leicester City Council and Gloucestershire County Council.Frances is also very passionate in alternative dispute resolution work, and she is the Founder of the Arbitration and Mediation Society of Uganda.
